About the role
- You advise clients holistically and individually on strategic purchasing and supply chain processes.
- You support clients in developing and implementing procurement strategies, category strategies, supplier strategies, sourcing and buying-channel strategies to optimize their procurement processes.
- You play a key role in designing, shaping and implementing new processes, particularly in technology-enabled procurement transformations.
- You develop creative ideas to increase user adoption of new (digitized) processes based on your experience in procurement.
- You analyze requirements, develop training and communication concepts and materials, and continuously improve the user experience.
Requirements
- You have relevant professional experience in strategic procurement within the Automotive or Manufacturing sectors.
- You have previously been responsible for at least one category in production materials.
- You have a strong understanding of end-to-end procurement processes and integration points between SAP modules and third-party systems.
- You are able to understand business processes from the perspective of the company/end users.
- You have very good German and English language skills, both written and spoken.
- You are willing to travel and enjoy working on projects in a national or international project environment.
