About the role
- You will support the HR team in day-to-day operations and project work, gaining insight into many facets of modern, international human resources.
- You will be involved in recruiting and onboarding and can take responsibility for your own tasks and areas of focus.
- You will perform administrative and research tasks that help keep our HR team up to date.
- You will assist in the creative and authentic presentation of our internal and external HR presence.
- You will support the rollout of a new HR software.
Requirements
- You are currently successfully pursuing a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in economics, business psychology, or a related field.
- You have an open personality, enjoy proactively engaging with different people, and take initiative.
- You speak German fluently and can express yourself well in English, both written and spoken.
- You bring a strong sense of responsibility and are eager to actively contribute yourself and your ideas to a great team.
- Prior practical experience is an advantage.
