About the role

  • You will contribute to both daily operations and project work, gaining insight into the diverse tasks of personnel development.
  • You support the design, planning and organization of training programs.
  • You take on your own projects to help advance our strategy and processes.
  • You act as a point of contact for employees, managers, and internal and external trainers.
  • You conduct research and independently prepare presentation and decision-making materials.
  • You assist in the implementation of a training management system.
  • You attend trainings and may co-facilitate them.

Requirements

  • You are currently successfully pursuing a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business Administration (focus on HR), Business/Organizational Psychology, Adult Education, or a related field.
  • You have a confident command of MS Office applications.
  • You have an open personality, enjoy proactively engaging with a variety of people, and take initiative.
  • You are solution-oriented and work reliably.
  • You are fluent in German and can express yourself very well in both written and spoken English.
  • You want to actively contribute yourself and your ideas to a great HR team.
  • Initial practical experience is an advantage.
