Technical Project Manager

• Develop the brief with the client, advising and guiding them through what’s achievable.
• Carry out site visits, produce risk assessments, floor plans, method statements, budgets and technical specs.
• Manage on-site technical delivery of the project and management of third parties on-site.
• Keep up to date with industry knowledge and trends, working closely with technical team colleagues to share ideas and research and implement new technologies.
