Business Development Representative
ApryseBusiness Development Representative identifying and converting leads into qualified opportunities at Apryse. Engaging with a range of customer personas to drive business success in document software solutions.
About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Conduct outbound prospecting, including cold calling, email outreach, and social selling, to generate and qualify new business opportunities
- Develop business opportunities by identifying prospects and evaluating their position in the industry; researching and analyzing sales options
- Sell services by establishing contact and developing relationships with prospects; recommending solutions.
- Identify the needs and challenges of the prospective customer
- Determine the prospect's interest in our product
- Schedule discovery meetings for Account Executives and prospects
- Nurture trial leads until they are ready to buy
- Collect detailed prospect information and maintain accurate records in the Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system
Requirements
What you’ll need- 6+ months of previous experience in a BDR/SDR role in the software industry
- Excellent phone, writing, and listening skills
- Self-starter who has a desire to learn, grow, and excel in the role
- Knowledge of business processes and organizational structures
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English; proficiency in another language, such as Mandarin, Japanese, or Korean, is preferred.
