About the role
- Create ideas, concepts, and narratives for campaigns, launches, and strategic brand initiatives for Aprova Total;
- Write original, persuasive copy for multiple channels, such as landing pages, email marketing, WhatsApp, Telegram, videos, conversion funnels, performance ads, and internal and external communications;
- Develop launch content and inbound marketing materials to nurture the lead base and students preparing for the ENEM;
- Translate brand strategy into clear, authentic, and consistent language, adapted to each specific format and channel;
- Adapt campaigns across different channels while preserving unity, clarity, and high performance;
- Conduct research, interviews, and analyses to deepen understanding of the student audience, language, and educational context;
- Define fine-tuned copy adjustments based on performance analysis, A/B testing, and feedback from the media team;
- Collaborate with designers, developers, and the content team to ensure cohesion between copy, visuals, and narrative;
- Ensure all content is up to date and aligned with the brand’s tone of voice;
- Use generative AI as part of the writing workflow to increase speed, produce variations, review, and organize the message-building process.
Requirements
- Degree in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, or related fields;
- Excellent writing and editing skills, with strong attention to detail;
- Autonomy in textual and narrative decisions;
- Affinity with Gen Z language — ability to communicate authentically and naturally with young people aged 16–25;
- Experience in the education market or EdTech;
- Familiarity with AI tools for copy optimization.
