About the role

  • Be operationally and technically responsible for the IT infrastructure at headquarters
  • Ensure the availability, performance and security of IT services
  • Oversee maintenance operations, updates and patch management
  • Review, optimize and document IT processes
  • Define and monitor performance indicators (KPIs, SLAs)
  • Manage technical escalations from level 2/3 support
  • Participate in headquarters IT evolution projects, particularly on IVANTI
  • Ensure compliance with the group's security policies

Requirements

  • 5 to 8 years of experience in a similar role (administration, engineering, infrastructure, technical supervision)
  • Strong knowledge of Microsoft server environments and virtualization
  • Excellent communication skills and ability to build consensus
  • Professional reading and writing proficiency in English required
