About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Coordinate between clients, producers, and the insurer for one product (handle general enquiries, send policy documents, manage renewals, request missing documents from clients/providers).
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams including the internal medical team, accounting and sales teams.
  • Manage incoming documents/ invoices (emails and mail), scan documents and input data in the system on time.
  • Manage the invoices and the relationship with APRIL partners (healthcare providers, local Agents, etc.) and update APRIL partners on the processing of their invoices.
  • Handle payment reports and check the inbound and outbound information.
  • Keep track of payments paid to both clients and providers.
  • Be on alert for fraud and the compliance of medical documents as part of the management delegation.
  • Be alert to the international healthcare costs to preserve the overall technical result of contracts (cost containment).
  • Contribute to common objectives (deadline, reliability) and continuous improvement within the service.
  • Participate in the team's various projects and assist with other administrative or special projects.

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Bachelor’s degree.
  • Good in both written and spoken English (French language skill is a plus).
  • Having experience as administrative support preferably in an international company would be a plus.
  • Detail-oriented, well organized, and reliable.
  • Flexibility, adaptability, and a good mindset are key for this role.
  • Knowledge of Computer PC, MS-office, Internet, E-mail.
