About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Partner with Customer Success Manager(s) to support strategic wealth management and enterprise clients
- Participate in client meetings, implementation discussions, business reviews, and ongoing account management
- Build trusted relationships with client stakeholders
- Own day-to-day client requests, follow-ups, and project coordination
- Collaborate with Product, Engineering, Tax Operations, and Implementation teams on client initiatives
- Identify opportunities to expand partner engagement and deliver additional value
- Gradually assume ownership of client calls and account management responsibilities
- Progress toward independently managing enterprise accounts within the first year
Requirements
What you’ll need- 2–5 years of experience in Customer Success, Account Management, Client Services, Relationship Management, or a similar customer-facing role
- Experience supporting enterprise, financial services, fintech, SaaS, or wealth management clients preferred but not required
- Strong communication skills to build credibility and trust with internal and external stakeholders
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, high-growth environment
- Strong organization, project management, and follow-through skills
- Curious, coachable, and eager to grow into managing strategic enterprise accounts
- Analytical mindset and strong problem-solving abilities
- Exposure to tax, financial services, or wealth management is a plus but not required
- Must reside in the New York City area and work onsite at NYC HQ Tuesday through Thursday each week
- Must be authorized to work in the United States
