About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Support a one-time, short-term project focused on preparing and filing year-end accounts for two entities
Reconcile transactions from bank statements and Stripe for both entities
Prepare year-end financial statements (Profit & Loss, Balance Sheet) for a UK entity covering approximately six months of trading
Prepare equivalent financial statements for a Wyoming LLC
File accounts with Companies House (UK) and manage Wyoming state reporting requirements
Provide guidance on any applicable US federal filing obligations
Work with a low volume of transactions, including fewer than 30 B2B invoices and Stripe B2C data

Requirements

What you’ll need

Qualified Accountant or Bookkeeper
Proven experience filing UK company accounts with Companies House
Familiarity with Wyoming LLC reporting requirements is a strong advantage
Experience working with early-stage startups or small businesses
Strong ability to work independently with minimal supervision
