• Designing and building scalable backend services and APIs using C# .NET.
• Developing platform capabilities that support kerbside, parking, payments, mapping and mobility products.
• Building data ingestion and transformation pipelines that make it easier to onboard and standardise new datasets.
• Developing reusable SDKs, shared libraries and platform components that improve consistency across our products.
• Modernising our cloud infrastructure and contributing to platform migrations and technology upgrades.
• Designing and supporting cloud-native services hosted within Microsoft Azure.
• Implementing Infrastructure as Code, CI/CD pipelines and engineering automation to improve reliability and developer productivity.
• Contributing to AI-powered workflows including document processing, data extraction and intelligent automation.
• Working with the Security Manager to implement technical controls supporting ISO 27001 and Cyber Essentials.
• Collaborating with Product and Engineering to translate customer problems into scalable technical solutions.
• Contributing to architectural discussions, technical design and engineering best practices.
• Supporting production services by improving reliability, observability, performance and operational resilience.
• Mentoring other engineers through code reviews and knowledge sharing.
