About the role

  • Work in partnership with the COO and CCO to develop and execute a comprehensive revenue strategy that drives predictable, scalable growth and retention
  • Lead cross-functional planning and guide execution on revenue-related initiatives, proactively engaging stakeholders from sales, marketing, customer success, product and finance teams
  • Be the “glue” that fosters alignment and connectivity via strong communication, change management, and knowledge management practices down and across team hierarchies
  • Oversee full funnel process design & implementation; with anchors in customer value, governance and end-to-end system orchestration to reduce friction and enable productivity
  • Own the GTM operating cadence, including COO staff meetings, GTM team meetings, forecast meetings, QBRs, board preparation and annual planning support
  • Measure KPIs across the revenue lifecycle, providing actionable insights that enable AppViewX to set the right targets and surface risks and opportunities to improve pipeline generation and velocity, customer retention, and overall revenue performance
  • Hire, mentor, and lead a high-performing, cohesive GTM operations team

Requirements

  • 10+ years in revenue operations with experience leading global teams in high-growth B2B SaaS preferred
  • Proven track record of successfully leading large scale transformation projects
  • Exceptional communication skills, with the ability to influence and inspire cross-functional teams
  • Collaborative, growth-minded leader who leads with curiosity, commitment to excellence and a partnership-first mindset
  • Strong analytical skills with a deep understanding of sales metrics, revenue forecasting, and data-driven decision-making
  • Expertise in managing GTM systems tech stack (e.g., Salesforce, Gong, Clari, Chili Piper, etc) that can adapt and scale to evolving GTM organization
