About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Develop CRM strategies for e-commerce brands, considering the customer journey, segmentation, purchase behavior, and opportunities for repeat purchases.
  • Create relationship journeys, automations, and communication flows for different stages of the journey: acquisition, welcome, cart abandonment, post-purchase, repurchase, cross-sell, upsell, reactivation, and loyalty.
  • Support integration between CRM and paid media by proposing audiences, segmentations, and activations for campaigns on platforms such as Meta Ads, Google Ads, TikTok Ads, retail media, or other digital channels.
  • Analyze customer databases and purchase behavior to identify clusters, commercial opportunities, priority audiences, and the most relevant messaging.
  • Monitor performance metrics such as open rate, click-through rate, conversion, revenue per campaign, repurchase, churn, LTV, CAC, ROAS, average order value (AOV), purchase frequency, and engagement by segment.
  • Propose A/B tests for messaging, offers, channels, segmentation, creative, and customer journeys.
  • Build reports and analyses with clear learnings, optimization recommendations, and next steps.

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Experience with CRM, e-commerce, digital media, or performance marketing.
  • Knowledge of lifecycle marketing strategies, automation, segmentation, and customer relationship management.
  • Experience with CRM, automation, or messaging platforms such as RD Station, Salesforce, HubSpot, Mailchimp, Oracle Responsys, Dito, or similar.
  • Knowledge of paid media and audience building on platforms like Meta Ads, Google Ads, TikTok Ads, Pinterest Ads, marketplaces, or retail media.
  • Analytical ability to read data, interpret performance, and translate numbers into strategic recommendations.
  • Familiarity with e-commerce metrics and the conversion funnel.
