About the role
- Own end-to-end delivery for new customer implementations and SOW work
- Manage scope, issue resolution, and risk across implementations
- Serve as the primary point of contact for customers throughout implementation
- Track and report on project health using defined KPIs
- Identify opportunities for product expansion within assigned customers
- Utilize project management skills to support internal cross-functional projects
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree or equivalent project management experience
- 2+ years project management experience
- 2+ years of SAAS experience
- Strong relationship skills, with the ability to work within all levels of an organization
- Track record of managing projects and/or programs in a technology environment
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Proficiency with project management and collaboration tools (e.g., Jira, Microsoft Office, or similar)
