Design and maintain monthly and quarterly reports on project performance, timelines, and resource utilization
Develop and optimize dashboards in Jira and other BI tools to visualize key metrics
Support executive-level reporting with clear summaries and visualizations
Analyze historical data to forecast go-live date shifts, resource availability, and workload distribution
Collaborate with PMs to refine project planning models using real-time data
Ensure data integrity across Jira and related systems through regular audits and reconciliation
Maintain and improve data pipelines for tracking QA/UAT results, implementation workflows, and project milestones
Monitor and report on project health indicators including status trends, risk flags, and milestone adherence
Provide ad hoc analysis to support decision-making across implementation and scalability initiatives

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Data Analytics, Information Systems, Business, or related field
5+ years of experience in data analysis, preferably in a project management or operations environment
Proficiency with Jira, Excel, and BI/reporting tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau, eazyBI)
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Excellent communication and collaboration abilities
