Systems Engineer

• Workstream Leader: Assist the Cell Major in management of client engagements by providing programmatic oversight of engagement workstreams during client engagements; Monitor and allocate engineering resources for engagement success; Communicate and coordinate internal and external staffing needs to maintain budget efficiency.
• Client-Facing Responsibilities: Act as backup point of contact for client team, attend client-facing collaboration rooms; Direct and monitor technical restoration progress for engagements; Document new troubleshooting processes and assist in the development of client-specific processes.
• Reporting and Documentation: Provide daily updates on status of client engagements to stakeholders; Analyze metrics for utilization, productivity, and engagement tracking.
• Regional and International Support: Provide technical support for client engagements in the U.S., EMEA, and APAC regions, ensuring operation across various time zones.
