About the role
- Provides technical support on engagement workstreams during client engagements
- Communicates and coordinates internal and external restoration specific tasks
- Attend client-facing collaboration rooms and monitor communications
- Provide daily updates on status of client engagement
- Document new troubleshooting processes and procedures for internal use
- Assist in the development of client-specific processes and procedures
- Provide technical support for client engagements in the U.S., EMEA, and APAC regions
Requirements
- Competent level skill in Routing/Switching, VMware, Backups, Hyper-V
- Advanced level skills in Active Directory, XDR/EDR, Forensic collections
- Technical acumen, problem solving, communication, and analytical skills
- Ability to work in fast-paced environments
