About the role
- Manage assessment portfolio including status, timing, and resource identification.
- Develop, with assessment lead, project milestones/timelines and ensure completion as planned.
- Facilitate client interviews for subject matter experts in partnership with other organizations in Fenix24.
- Adapt checklists and coordinate the gathering of technical information from clients to ensure no gaps exist.
- Coordinate across the company for internal subject matter experts to efficiently conduct assessments.
- Evaluate final materials and deliverables for quality and ensure all deliverables adhere to defined standards.
- Eliminate roadblocks and communicate solutions to relevant parties
- Adjust schedules and targets based on changes to the project
- Maintain library of assets required to conduct assessments including tracking change requests and managing the governance process
- Support pre-sales activities as requested
- Communicate effectively with all levels of the organization, both internally and externally.
- Update and email weekly assessment progress reports to clients.
- Other duties as required.
Requirements
- At least three years of administrative support and process coordination experience
- Ability to understand contractual requirements, particularly documentation and deliverables
- Ability to mine, analyze, utilize and present data effectively
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Office suite
- Experience with using Visual Basic in Excel
- Excellent analytical, organization, and problem-solving skills.
- Effective reporting and presentation skills
- Demonstrated strong written and oral communication skills, including strong relationship building skills and leadership capabilities.
- Ability to form relationships across all levels of the company while modeling Fenix24’s Culture and Values.
