About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Design, implement, and integrate Sandvine solutions into customer production environments.
Perform system installations, configuration, and deployment testing across on‑prem, virtualized, and cloud platforms.
Troubleshoot and resolve software, hardware, and network issues during deployments and post‑deployment.
Optimize solutions for customer‑specific network architectures and use cases.
Create and maintain technical documentation including deployment guides and post‑deployment reviews.
Communicate technical concepts clearly to both technical and non‑technical stakeholders.
Collaborate with internal teams to meet project timelines and delivery commitments.
Stay current with evolving technologies and leverage AI tools to improve delivery and troubleshooting.

Requirements

What you’ll need

Solid understanding of networking fundamentals including IP, TCP/IP, and protocols such as RADIUS, DNS, and DHCP.
Hands‑on experience with Linux systems for configuration and troubleshooting.
Experience with scripting or programming (Python, Bash, or similar).
Exposure to cloud and virtualization technologies such as AWS, Kubernetes, or KVM.
Strong problem‑solving skills with attention to detail.
Clear written and verbal communication skills.
Ability to work effectively in a fast‑paced, changing environment.
Hands‑on experience using AI tools to support project delivery.
Bachelor's degree in computer science, IT, Electronics, or a related field
