About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Own the "Daily Run", overseeing global billing cycles and ensuring accuracy of automated and manual invoicing across all entities.
Proactively identify manual tasks for elimination and initiate "Finance Transformation" projects, such as API integrations.
Act as the technical bridge between internal dashboards and SAP, ensuring revenue recognized matches the General Ledger.
Enforce the "Global Finance Process Playbook", ensuring operational workflows are aligned with HQ.
Translate HGB/IFRS requirements into daily operational processes.
Optimize the group’s FinTech stack and design automated Internal Control Systems to mitigate fraud and ensure audit-readiness.

Requirements

What you’ll need

6+ years of experience in Finance Operations or Business Systems, ideally within a fast-paced scale-up environment.
Proven track record of leading teams and managing diverse stakeholders.
Degree in Business, Finance, or Accounting, with mandatory, deep understanding of HGB and IFRS.
Deep knowledge of ERP architecture (SAP preferred) and experience with API-led integrations; basic SQL or data mapping knowledge is highly beneficial.
Experience leading "Finance Transformation" projects or ERP migrations.
Analytical mindset capable of mapping complex cross-functional data flows and identifying technical root causes for operational inefficiencies.
