About the role

  • Respond promptly and effectively to customer inquiries, providing technical support.
  • Use your technical expertise to troubleshoot issues, propose solutions, and make recommendations by deeply understanding our product and customers’ businesses.
  • Gather and forward customer feedback, feature requests, and technical issues to the relevant internal teams to ensure timely resolution.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with customers and partners, gaining a thorough understanding of their needs.
  • Identify opportunities to improve processes and work with internal teams to implement solutions that increase customer satisfaction and operational efficiency — for example, refining how requirements are collected and inquiries are handled.
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, technical issues, and resolutions.

Requirements

  • Minimum of 2 years of professional experience in Customer Support or Account Management.
  • Hands-on experience working with APIs and databases; experience with SDKs and logging tools (e.g., Kibana) and SQL knowledge is preferred.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills to understand stakeholder needs and maintain long-term, robust relationships.
  • Comfortable working in an international environment with excellent written and spoken English skills.
  • Experience with SaaS/B2B products or knowledge of mobile marketing and analytics (e.g., tracking, attribution) is a plus. Alternatively, a strong willingness to learn AdTech is highly valued.
