About the role
- You will train and coach teams on agile principles and best practices, and work with them to translate these into concrete ways of working.
- Improve inter-team communication, collaboration and strengthen the lead’s ability to mentor and encourage team members.
- Support senior leadership in designing organizational operating systems that are scalable, flexible and outcome focused.
- Facilitate Agile ceremonies such as sprint planning, daily stand-ups, retrospectives and demos, if needed.
- Help teams to improve their project management e.g., by setting up processes, creating helpful Kanban Boards, identifying and removing roadblocks.
- Promote a culture of continuous improvement and encourage teams to experiment with new ways of working, including adoption of new AI use cases.
- Collaborate with stakeholders and senior leaders to align team goals with organizational objectives.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience as an Agile Coach in multiple projects and companies
- Strong knowledge of Agile and Lean methodologies and frameworks, applying them in a pragmatic, non-dogmatic way to improve collaboration in large tech teams and focus on delivering measurable impact.
- Excellent communication and facilitation skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing requirements
- Scrum Master certification or related Agile certifications as well as Lean certification are a plus
