• You will respond to emails from our users
• You will provide clear, concise instructions to help users resolve issues
• You will contribute feedback to continuously improve our chatbot and FAQ to make the user experience easier
• You will prepare weekly reports for your team lead summarizing incoming emails, how issues were resolved, and recommendations for improvement

Requirements

You are currently enrolled in university and will continue your studies for at least one more year
You have excellent communication skills and are able to explain things clearly, both in writing and verbally
You are a strong problem-solver and can identify and implement solutions to users' issues quickly and efficiently
You have basic SQL skills
You enjoy working with data to analyze user feedback and drive improvements
You have a very organized approach to work and can manage multiple tasks and inquiries simultaneously
You are fluent in English and Spanish or Portuguese (minimum strong B2, preferably C1); German skills are a plus
Ideally, you are familiar with customer support tools and software for managing emails and assisting users
You are willing to learn about adjoe's playtime platform and support our users effectively
Plus: You have some prior experience in customer support or customer service
