Requirements

What you’ll need

  • Basic mechanical aptitude
  • Willing to learn and interpret electrical and mechanical schematics
  • Experience diagnosing and resolving basic technical challenges
  • Effective written and verbal communication skills
  • Basic knowledge of Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
  • 1–2 years of work experience in customer/field service support, or a related technical field (preferred)
  • Knowledge of pneumatics, hydraulics, electronics, vacuum, or thermodynamics (preferred)
  • Familiarity with hand tools and their appropriate usage, including digital multimeters (preferred)
