Requirements

What you’ll need

Completion of a Bachelor degree, in a relevant field
Basic mechanical aptitude
Willing to learn and interpret electrical and mechanical schematics
Experience diagnosing and resolving basic technical challenges
Effective written and verbal communication skills
Basic knowledge of Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
1–2 years of work experience in customer/field service support, or a related technical field (preferred)
Knowledge of pneumatics, hydraulics, electronics, vacuum, or thermodynamics (preferred)
Familiarity with hand tools and their appropriate usage, including digital multimeters (preferred)
