About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Support the configuration, maintenance, and enhancements of Workday Core HCM
Serve as the Workday Core HCM subject matter expert
Lead design, configuration, and testing of compensation processes
Ensure HR processes are thoughtfully designed, fully documented, and consistently executed
Collaborate across different teams to find solutions
Evaluate out of the box functionality against business requirements
Partner with HR SMEs and HRIT team members to build and document workflows
Rollout new technology functionality to support new initiatives
Responsible for testing and analysis of new Workday features

Requirements

What you’ll need

Bachelor’s degree preferred in Management Information Systems, Information Technology, Computer Science, or Engineering
5-7 years of experience as a Workday functional expert in talent management and reporting
Strong consultative skills and the ability to build relationships with HR and cross-functional partners
Strong communication skills and attention to detail
Ability to work both independently and as part of a team
Experienced in MS Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Projects and other business tools
Ability to work in a high demand environment and manage ambiguous situations and/or directives
