Key responsibilities & impact

Develop, manage and drive the implementation of the Service Delivery Strategy
Project management of Service Delivery implementation, ensuring all elements are delivered on time
Maintain overview of delivery of all initiatives within the Service Delivery program
Establish and maintain project management documentation
Coordinate the project delivery team and provide support and guidance to project members
Work closely with individuals responsible for delivery of change initiatives
Establish and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders
Manage and engage stakeholders at all levels of the organization
