About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Develop assigned suppliers and interface with them and internal stakeholders
  • Lead supplier technical audits and evaluate performance
  • Drive continuous improvement initiatives at supplier sites
  • Lead quality problem resolution and root cause analysis
  • Act as the primary quality interface between suppliers and internal teams

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Minimum of 5 years’ experience supporting the manufacturing of Semiconductor Capital Equipment
  • Intermediate to advanced knowledge of semiconductor gas panel assembly
  • Experience with Quality Management Systems (QMS) and auditing
  • Solid understanding of good manufacturing practices and lean principles
  • Effective verbal and written communication skills
