About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

support the successful delivery of critical global initiatives across AGS Field Service Operations
drive adoption, readiness, and sustained change
conduct stakeholder, impact, and risk assessments
develop and execute integrated change plans
coach executive sponsors and people managers
design clear, actionable, and audience-appropriate change communications
define and track adoption and readiness indicators
contribute to the evolution of GPA change management standards

Requirements

What you’ll need

Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience
3+ years of relevant experience delivering change management for complex, cross-functional initiatives; operational or field-facing environments preferred
Prosci certification strongly preferred
demonstrated applied experience with Prosci methodology and ADKAR required
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Proven ability to influence without authority and partner effectively across functions and regions
