About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Lead program scoping, planning, budgeting, and execution aligned to Plan of Record (POR) and business requirements
- Manage project schedules, milestones, and deliverables using standard project management tools and processes
- Drive programs from concept through implementation, ensuring timely and high-quality delivery
- Coordinate and lead cross-functional teams (engineering, operations, supply chain, marketing, etc.) to achieve program objectives
- Track and report program performance metrics (schedule, cost, quality, risks) to stakeholders and leadership
Requirements
What you’ll need- Master's degree in Engineering, Supply Chain, Business, or related technical field
- 2–5+ years of experience in project/program management, engineering, or related field
- Strong understanding of project management fundamentals (planning, scheduling, risk management)
- Experience working in cross-functional environments
- Proficiency in project management tools and Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, etc.)
