About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Serve as a principal technical authority for customer-facing yield engineering and process integration engagements
Lead complex yield investigations using inline, electrical, test, FA, and reliability data to identify yield limiters and excursions
Drive end-to-end root cause analysis, corrective action definition, and prevention strategies
Guide customers in improving process robustness, manufacturability, and control strategies
Collaborate closely with Applied product, process, and service engineering teams to resolve escalated, high-impact issues
Influence customer technical direction through data-driven insights and expert recommendations
Accountable for execution and delivery of more complex consulting services and commitments working with sales, PSEs, KATs and FSO
Responsible for project financial results and identifying pull-through revenue, in collaboration with other business stakeholder

Requirements

What you’ll need

Master’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Materials Science, Physics, Chemical Engineering, or related field
Extensive experience in semiconductor manufacturing, process integration, or yield engineering
Demonstrated success leading complex yield improvement initiatives in customer-facing or high-volume manufacturing environments, ideally 15+ years in process integration or Yield
