About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Serve as a principal technical authority for customer‑facing yield engineering and process integration engagements
- Lead complex yield investigations using inline, electrical, test, FA, and reliability data to identify yield limiters and excursions
- Drive end‑to‑end root cause analysis, corrective action definition, and prevention strategies
- Guide customers in improving process robustness, manufacturability, and control strategies
- Collaborate closely with Applied product, process, and service engineering teams to resolve escalated, high‑impact issues
Requirements
What you’ll need- Master’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Materials Science, Physics, Chemical Engineering, or related field
- Extensive experience in semiconductor manufacturing, process integration, or yield engineering
- Demonstrated success leading complex yield improvement initiatives in customer‑facing or high‑volume manufacturing environments, ideally 15+ years in process integration or Yield
