About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Provide technical support remotely and on site for highly complex problems involving equipment malfunction, on wafer issues, and performance enhancement programs.
Use advanced troubleshooting methodologies and establish success criteria.
Develop comprehensive action plans, analyze findings, and perform root cause analysis.
Support FSO repair activities through escalation closure.
Recommend best practices to improve products, processes, or services.
Provide on-site coaching to FSO and support NPI development early in the product life cycle.

Requirements

What you’ll need

Bachelor’s degree(preferred) or equivalent in technical field.
+5 years of experience with Applied Materials Factory Interfaces and Vacuum Mainframes.
Minimum 5 years of semiconductor fab experience.
Skills in Robotics, Electro-Mechanical, Controllers, Vacuum Assemblies, Micro-Contamination, Troubleshooting Log Analysis.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Strong organizational and time management skills.
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
Ability to handle stressful situations and effectively manage difficult problems.
Familiar with suite of Microsoft Apps and internal Apps such as SAP, VSPI, and ARK for Internal Candidates.
English (written and verbal).
