About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Collect, validate, and analyze RM governance and reporting data
Maintain and support the evolution of templates library artifacts
Maintain the Relationship Management Hub and related repositories
Own the Relationship Management dashboard and KPI definitions
Manage the RM governance cadence across category teams
Support training sessions on RM methodologies, tools, and templates
Support the SRM Program Lead by administering supplier segmentation
Support RM governance forums and touchpoints

Requirements

What you’ll need

Bachelor’s degree in Business, Supply Chain, Analytics, or related field
5+ years of experience in procurement operations, analytics, or program coordination
Strong proficiency in Excel and Power BI
Excellent organizational and cross-functional coordination skills
Experienced using project tools (timelines, RACI, Planner) to track actions
Strong communication and facilitation skills
Proven track record of being resourceful and working independently in a fast-paced environment
Familiarity with procurement systems (Ariba, Sievo, other) and collaboration tools (Loop, SharePoint, Teams)
