About the role
- Collect, validate, and analyze RM governance and reporting data
- Maintain and support the evolution of templates library artifacts
- Maintain the Relationship Management Hub and related repositories
- Own the Relationship Management dashboard and KPI definitions
- Manage the RM governance cadence across category teams
- Support training sessions on RM methodologies, tools, and templates
- Support the SRM Program Lead by administering supplier segmentation
- Support RM governance forums and touchpoints
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Supply Chain, Analytics, or related field
- 5+ years of experience in procurement operations, analytics, or program coordination
- Strong proficiency in Excel and Power BI
- Excellent organizational and cross-functional coordination skills
- Experienced using project tools (timelines, RACI, Planner) to track actions
- Strong communication and facilitation skills
- Proven track record of being resourceful and working independently in a fast-paced environment
- Familiarity with procurement systems (Ariba, Sievo, other) and collaboration tools (Loop, SharePoint, Teams)
