About the role

  • Provide technical EHS expertise to regional sites and account teams, ensuring compliance with applicable government regulations and company requirements
  • Conduct routine site assessments, audits, and risk evaluations to identify hazards and implement corrective actions
  • Lead incident investigations, root‑cause analyses, and follow-up action plans to prevent recurrence
  • Develop, deliver, and oversee EHS training programs across assigned sites as needed
  • Support implementation and continuous improvement of EHS management systems, standards, and metrics when needed
  • Collaborate with site and regional leadership to drive safety initiatives and promote proactive hazard recognition
  • Ensure accurate reporting of EHS metrics, regulatory documentation, and compliance records
  • Assist with industrial hygiene assessments, emergency response planning, environmental monitoring, and permitting as needed
  • Guide engineering and operational teams on equipment design, process safety, and ergonomic improvements
  • Act as a liaison between corporate EHS and site teams to standardize expectations and share best practices across locations
  • Supports customer‑related safety concerns and implements targeted programs to resolve issues
  • Acts as a liaison with customers and external organizations on safety‑related matters

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Occupational Safety, Environmental Science, or related field
  • 3–7 years of EHS experience in semiconductor manufacturing or related field
  • Working knowledge of OSHA regulations
  • Experience conducting investigations, audits, and risk assessments
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and problem‑solving skills
  • Ability to travel regularly to regional sites up to 75%
