About the role
- Provide technical EHS expertise to regional sites and account teams, ensuring compliance with applicable government regulations and company requirements
- Conduct routine site assessments, audits, and risk evaluations to identify hazards and implement corrective actions
- Lead incident investigations, root‑cause analyses, and follow-up action plans to prevent recurrence
- Develop, deliver, and oversee EHS training programs across assigned sites as needed
- Support implementation and continuous improvement of EHS management systems, standards, and metrics when needed
- Collaborate with site and regional leadership to drive safety initiatives and promote proactive hazard recognition
- Ensure accurate reporting of EHS metrics, regulatory documentation, and compliance records
- Assist with industrial hygiene assessments, emergency response planning, environmental monitoring, and permitting as needed
- Guide engineering and operational teams on equipment design, process safety, and ergonomic improvements
- Act as a liaison between corporate EHS and site teams to standardize expectations and share best practices across locations
- Supports customer‑related safety concerns and implements targeted programs to resolve issues
- Acts as a liaison with customers and external organizations on safety‑related matters
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Occupational Safety, Environmental Science, or related field
- 3–7 years of EHS experience in semiconductor manufacturing or related field
- Working knowledge of OSHA regulations
- Experience conducting investigations, audits, and risk assessments
- Excellent communication, leadership, and problem‑solving skills
- Ability to travel regularly to regional sites up to 75%
