About the role

  • play a critical role in guiding products through their entire lifecycle
  • provide high-visibility customer support through on-site installations, system diagnoses, and service and repair of complex systems and equipment
  • work closely with customers and R&D teams to develop leading-edge processes
  • analyze data with statistics and compile reports
  • troubleshoot complex problems, perform root cause analyses, and resolve difficult process engineering and customer product issues

Requirements

  • Provide display PECVD tools startup support on BKM recipe qualification
  • basic knowledge of the concept of PECVD and the fundamental principles of plasma
  • understand the thin film characteristics of PECVD
  • capable of conducting some process DOEs experiments
  • ability of data collection, data analysis, and report preparation
  • good communication and expression skills
  • teamwork player
  • basic level of English reading & writing skills
  • understand the AMOLED display process will be given priority consideration
