About the role
- play a critical role in guiding products through their entire lifecycle
- provide high-visibility customer support through on-site installations, system diagnoses, and service and repair of complex systems and equipment
- work closely with customers and R&D teams to develop leading-edge processes
- analyze data with statistics and compile reports
- troubleshoot complex problems, perform root cause analyses, and resolve difficult process engineering and customer product issues
Requirements
- Provide display PECVD tools startup support on BKM recipe qualification
- basic knowledge of the concept of PECVD and the fundamental principles of plasma
- understand the thin film characteristics of PECVD
- capable of conducting some process DOEs experiments
- ability of data collection, data analysis, and report preparation
- good communication and expression skills
- teamwork player
- basic level of English reading & writing skills
- understand the AMOLED display process will be given priority consideration
