About the role
- Promote proprietary software usage through technical guidance, demos, and training
- Resolve software escalations and assist BUs, field engineers, and customers
- Deliver insights to improve performance using advanced software tools
- Conduct workshops and implement BU-recommended actions for new technology
- Develop structured training programs and maintain software portal content
- Prepare and present technical analyses for executive and customer meetings
- Align customer feedback with BU feature evaluations and roadmap
- Define objectives, manage release/deployment activities, and provide status updates
- Analyze metrology capability gaps to inform future solutions
- Develop project plans and lead cross-functional teams from conception to implementation
Requirements
- Master's degree or higher in Engineering, Physics, Chemistry, or Materials
- 5–10 years in semiconductor process engineering (300mm R&D or high-volume manufacturing)
- Proficient in AppliedPRO for process optimization and data analysis
- Exceptional ability to build relationships, influence stakeholders, and collaborate effectively across cultures and functions
- Programming knowledge (Python, Matlab, JMP) is a plus
- Japanese proficiency is a plus (role includes ~20% support for Japan)
