About the role
- Grow the Service revenue and booking in the region and in the allocated major accounts
- Identify customer needs and develop/implement complex sales strategies - generate service solutions that will help our customers cope with their innovative and changing business environments
- Lead independently customer relations and negotiations, from the initial service quotes to the final contract signature
- Communicate and present Applied Materials’ product roadmaps and capabilities to the customer
Requirements
- Strong business acumen and negotiation skills, gained through 2–3 years of sales experience in the semiconductor industry or 5+ years of sales experience outside the industry
- Excellent communication skills to lead working sessions and discussions both internally and with customers
- Creativity in generating solutions while remaining aligned with standard selling concepts (Product Option Architecture) and its requirements
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in a relevant discipline
- Willingness to travel 30–40% of the time, primarily within Germany
- Ability to maintain high motivation and dedication to deliver results and achieve objectives
- Technical background would be a strong plus.
