About the role

  • Technically leads complex application activities, working with cross-functional groups to meet Service Agreement KPI;
  • Gain in-depth understanding of customer technologies and critical gaps; drive AI Machine learning and Digital Tools solution development and implementation; Deliver validated results;
  • Support eval demos at customers site, through high involvement in the SOW
  • Analyze, transfer and tune Digital Tools capabilities in order to optimize system performance for specific application
  • Provide application training to internal and external customers per user persona

Requirements

  • 5+ years of working experience in semiconductor industry (Etch/Dielectrical Metal Deposition/Advanced Packaginng/EPI etc.)
  • Knowledge of Semiconductor Equipment, Process, Yield Analysis, Data Science, Digital Twin, Python coding skills, AI Machine learning application experience preferred
  • Customer facing and project management experience, passionate to provide solutions to both complex and day to day customer challenges
  • Good English communication and presentation skill
  • Good team player, quick learner
  • Flexible on business travel. Travel Rate: up to 30%
