About the role
- Participates in new product introductions and early learning shipments
- Resolves critical long-term customer issues
- Identifies special projects for successful implementation
- Responsible for product Hardware performance at specific customer
- Provides third level escalation for Hardware & Software issues
- Drives Failure Analysis to identify long term technical issues
- Provides Alpha Site support for installation, operation, calibration, service, and testing
- Provides Beta Site support for installation, operation, calibration, service, and testing
- Initiates and provides review of ECO's
- Engages in technical dialogue with customer
- Generates and presents system performance data
- Supports GPS in generation of documentation
- Creates and reviews documentation for technical improvements
- Presents at customer level and ensures field implementation
- Organizes and manages training for early learning shipments
