About the role
- Manage Silicon System Group (SSG) Finished Goods operations and customer deliveries in Taiwan.
- Actively participate and lead cross functional teams to ensure on time customer shipment readiness.
- Develop and understand warehouse and transportation operational capacity.
- Communicate capacity requirements for revenue shipments.
- Proactively work with internal account teams and customer freight forwarders/trucker to highlight potential risks areas and jointly work on alternative options plan if necessary.
- Manage 3rd party logistics provider in the day-to-day executions of FGI warehouse, transport operations and crating.
- Establish Key Process Indicators (KPI) and Scorecard metrics.
- Monitor and manage plant to plant materials delivery (ICTO) timeliness and effectiveness to ensure on time receipts of complete modules into the FGI Taiwan warehouse.
- Responsible for warehouse inventory control and finance reporting.
Requirements
- Minimum bachelor’s degree in industrial engineering, Logistics Operations or Supply Chain
- At least 5-8 years experience in order management, freight management, logistics operations, 3PL Management and process quality control
- Attention to details and analytical in problem solving
- Ability to communicate effectively with a culturally diversified cross functional team
- Excellent English and Chinese written and oral communication skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Powerpoint)
- Ability to work independently with moderate guidance
- Proficiency in working with data for analysis and solution development
