About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Partner with the outside sales team to expand OEM and end-user accounts across the region
- Work directly with customers to recommend hose, fittings, adapters, and connector solutions
- Troubleshoot issues (leaks, failures) and provide on-site technical support
- Develop quotes, bills of material, and support project opportunities
- Deliver product presentations and identify new business opportunities
- Maintain CRM activity and manage forecasts
Requirements
What you’ll need- 3+ years of technical sales experience (fluid connectors, hydraulics, or related)
- Strong knowledge of hose & fittings, thread types, and system applications
- High school Diploma or GED required
- Bachelor’s degree (technical or business preferred) or equivalent work experience
- Acceptable driving record is required
