About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Partner with the outside sales team to expand OEM and end-user accounts across the region
  • Work directly with customers to recommend hose, fittings, adapters, and connector solutions
  • Troubleshoot issues (leaks, failures) and provide on-site technical support
  • Develop quotes, bills of material, and support project opportunities
  • Deliver product presentations and identify new business opportunities
  • Maintain CRM activity and manage forecasts

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • 3+ years of technical sales experience (fluid connectors, hydraulics, or related)
  • Strong knowledge of hose & fittings, thread types, and system applications
  • High school Diploma or GED required
  • Bachelor’s degree (technical or business preferred) or equivalent work experience
  • Acceptable driving record is required
