  • Conduct regular performance evaluations and provide constructive feedback to the sales team, identifying areas for improvement and implementing action plans for growth.
  • Manage local managers at multiple locations to ensure operational efficiency for Inside sales, Warehouse and Pipe Fabrication

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Engineering, or a related field
  • Proven track record of success in technical sales, with a focus on industrial products such as valves, instrumentation, filtration, and specialty pipe
  • Proven leadership abilities with experience managing sales teams and driving performance
  • Willingness to travel as needed.
