About the role
- Supervise and manage 12-14 warehouse staff
- Control inventory levels by conducting physical counts, cycle counts and assistance with the inventory reconciliation process
- Maintains high customer service levels by managing and scheduling warehouse operations to meet customer requirements
- Implement effective coaching and training of warehouse staff while ensuring accountability
Requirements
- Experience in a Warehouse environment required
- Supervisory/Management role overseeing a team of 12-14 warehouse personnel required
- High school Diploma or equivalent required
- Strong background with inventory control, cycle counting, and reconciliation processes preferred
- Forklift instruction/certification and safety/security compliance experience required
- Shipping and receiving work experience preferred
- Familiarity with UPS & FedEx highly desired
