About the role
- Direct and manage overall performance for assigned Service Centers including operations and sales
- Staff your Service Centers with the right people, including hiring, training and coaching
- Planning, controlling and directing regional programs related to sales functions and customer service
- Ensuring that customer relations are maintained at a high level by regularly visiting service centers
- Analyzing region results and implementing changes as necessary
Requirements
- Progressive management experience with multi location management history
- High school diploma or GED; Bachelor’s degree preferred (or equivalent experience)
- 4 years of outside sales management experience
- Ability to translate business vision into tactical operational actions
- Excellent interpersonal and written/verbal communication skills
- Minimum 5 years of proven success in customer service or operations roles
- Strong financial acumen and the ability to drive budgets and sales planning initiatives
- Proficient computer skills including the ability to leverage Microsoft office programs (ie excel, powerpoint)
