About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Manage AHV EPC Projects
- Direct oversight of all contractual and financial obligations
- Perform financial budgeting, billing, tracking and reporting
- Develop, update and report on critical path project schedules
- Lead project meetings to update and track progress
- Work with Pre-Construction, Procurement, and Engineering
- Proactively manage vendor drawings
- Communicate with subcontractors and vendors
- Oversee and resolve project and vendor issues
- Coordinate with Site Managers
- Participate in negotiations with vendors and subcontractors
- Manage relationships with clients, vendors and subcontractors
Requirements
What you’ll need- College degree required
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering preferred
- 5+ years of demonstrated success in Construction Project Management
- Ability to travel to the construction project sites
