About the role
- Manage the overall day-to-day operations and long-term profitability of a travel plaza
- Lead the day-to-day activities of associates and plaza leadership to achieve sales, speed of service, customer satisfaction, and brand standards
- Monitor and analyze progress towards targeted financial and performance objectives
- Ensure compliance with company policies & procedures along with local, state, & federal laws
- Handle customer inquiries and complaints in a professional manner
- Work collaboratively with a variety of support partners
Requirements
- 5+ years of proven success in multi-unit or big-box leadership
- Utilize computerized software and systems such as Microsoft Office, payroll & time keeping software, inventory management software, and various point-of-sales systems
- ServSafe Certification
