About the role
- Help the General Manager to ensure day-to-day business operations run smoothly.
- Responsible for confidently delivering performance feedback, setting goals, fostering teamwork, and communicating business objectives.
- Ensure the day-to-day supervision of non-management associates and coaching shift supervisors.
- Must be able to perform duties in the absence of the general manager.
- Motivate and positively influence staff during low morale.
- Addressing issues in a timely fashion and ensuring company policies are followed.
- Maintain an awareness of brand standards and protocols.
- Ensure the restaurant always looks clean and inviting, adhering to brand standards.
- Ensure cash management is accurate and processed daily, delivering reports as per company directives.
- Address customer needs and resolve issues for positive long-term customer relationships.
- Ensure inventory data is correct through spot inventory counts and checks.
Requirements
- 2 years experience in quick service restaurant or similar management operations
- Passionate about helping people learn and grow the business.
- Strong leadership and management skills with proven ability to motivate and inspire a team.
- Excellent customer service abilities and positive attitude.
- Excellent verbal and communication skills with a sharp business acumen.
- Flexible and open work schedule.
- Basic food safety understanding and practice.
- Ability and willingness to lift/push objects weighing over 30 Lbs.
