About the role

  • Help the General Manager to ensure that day-to-day business operations run smoothly.
  • Deliver performance feedback, set goals, foster teamwork, and communicate business objectives.
  • Supervise non-management associates, assign specified work, and focus on store level operation performance.
  • Coach and develop shifts supervisors.
  • Perform duties in the absence of the general manager.
  • Motivate and positively influence staff during low morale.
  • Address issues in a timely fashion and ensure company policies and procedures are followed.
  • Maintain an awareness of all applicable brand standards and procedures to maximize brand, landlord, and labor relations.
  • Ensure cleanliness and adherence to brand standards.
  • Ensure cash management is accurate and processed daily, with reports delivered as per company directives.
  • Address customer needs and resolve issues, ensuring positive customer relationships.
  • Ensure inventory data is correct by performing spot inventory counts and checks.

Requirements

  • 2+ Years experience in quick service restaurant or similar management operations
  • Strong leadership and management skills with proven ability to motivate and inspire a team
  • Excellent customer service abilities and positive attitude
  • Excellent verbal and communication skills with a sharp business acumen
  • Basic food safety understanding and practice.
  • Ability and willingness to lift/push objects weighing over 30 Lbs.
