About the role
- Help the General Manager to ensure that day-to-day business operations run smoothly.
- Deliver performance feedback, set goals, foster teamwork, and communicate business objectives.
- Supervise non-management associates, assign specified work, and focus on store level operation performance.
- Coach and develop shifts supervisors.
- Perform duties in the absence of the general manager.
- Motivate and positively influence staff during low morale.
- Address issues in a timely fashion and ensure company policies and procedures are followed.
- Maintain an awareness of all applicable brand standards and procedures to maximize brand, landlord, and labor relations.
- Ensure cleanliness and adherence to brand standards.
- Ensure cash management is accurate and processed daily, with reports delivered as per company directives.
- Address customer needs and resolve issues, ensuring positive customer relationships.
- Ensure inventory data is correct by performing spot inventory counts and checks.
Requirements
- 2+ Years experience in quick service restaurant or similar management operations
- Strong leadership and management skills with proven ability to motivate and inspire a team
- Excellent customer service abilities and positive attitude
- Excellent verbal and communication skills with a sharp business acumen
- Basic food safety understanding and practice.
- Ability and willingness to lift/push objects weighing over 30 Lbs.
