About the role

  • Recruitment Apple Lovers is a leading recruitment agency based in Portugal.
  • Position: Outbound Inside Sales Representative located in Dublin, Republic of Ireland.
  • Engage with prospects to understand their business objectives, challenges, and needs, offering tailored solutions to support their growth.
  • Develop and implement strategic plans to identify and target potential SMB customers.
  • Conduct high-volume outreach via calls, emails, and social media to qualify leads and generate interest in our solutions.
  • Manage the entire sales cycle from initial contact to closing, maintaining an accurate pipeline of opportunities.
  • Collaborate with marketing, technical, and customer success teams to enhance client engagement and outcomes.
  • Keep up-to-date with product updates, industry trends, and market changes to provide well-informed recommendations.
  • Proactively source new opportunities, prioritize activities, and consistently meet or exceed sales targets.

Requirements

  • Experience in Sales.
  • Native or fluent in German (C1), with strong verbal and written skills.
  • Proficient in English (minimum B2).
  • Proven success in closing sales or sales development roles, especially within the SMB segment, with a track record of exceeding targets.
  • Passionate about business development with a consultative, solutions-oriented approach.
  • Skilled in navigating complex sales processes and engaging multiple decision-makers, including senior executives.
  • Experience using CRM tools like Salesforce and familiarity with sales engagement platforms.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, capable of building trust and articulating value propositions effectively.
  • Self-motivated, results-driven, and persistent in lead pursuit and deal closing.
  • Comfortable with outbound prospecting and territory management.
  • Industry experience in E-commerce, Fintech, Retail, or Hospitality is advantageous.
  • Previous experience selling POS solutions is a plus.
  • Familiarity with MEDDICC, BANT, or Challenger sales methodologies is an asset.
