  • Elevate Taimi’s social media presence, particularly on Instagram and TikTok
  • Lead the charge on creative, viral moments to generate positive social media coverage
  • Develop and implement fresh content strategies to boost follower growth and engagement
  • Be a cross-platform storyteller, writing witty, engaging copy and crafting or sourcing visuals
  • Collaborate with our creative team, design team on multimedia content that resonates with our audience
  • Stay ahead of social media trends and constantly experiment with new tactics, replicating what’s most effective
  • Work closely with the Community team to create seamless brand experiences
  • Participate in messaging from recruiter > interview > test > final interview > job offer process

Requirements

  • Minimum of 2 years as a social media manager with a successful track record
  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, or a related field
  • Deep understanding of internet culture, trends, and how to drive virality
  • Ability to not only follow brand guidelines but also help shape the tone and strategy across channels
  • Expertise across social platforms, with tailored strategies for each
  • Bonus: Experience with both editorial and corporate brands, design skills, and a knack for social formats and designs
